Below are some frequently asked questions (FAQ's).  We hope that this FAQ page is helpful, but if you have unanswered questions or comments please see below to contact us. 



If a Coupon Code is not working, make sure you are using the correct code for the items in your cart (valid codes are found at the top of this page).

If you need to use more than one code, follow these steps:

Once all items are in your cart begin the check out process.  When you get to the coupon page, enter the first code and click continue

A pop up will tell you the amount of the discount.  To enter another discount, look at the left side of the page under CHECKOUT and click "coupons" and enter the next coupon code.  A pop up will tell you the total discount for your order.  Once you are done adding discount codes, click continue and you will then be in the billing section.

How long does it take to process my order?

It takes Military Pride 1-2 business days to process orders.

After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder. Please notify us immediately if you still have not received a confirmation email. Contact us online or call toll free at 888-950-8520

How long does it take my merchandise to get to me once it is shipped?



The last day to order for Christmas delivery, if shipping via USPS (United States Postal Service), is Monday, 12/18/17, by 3:00 p.m. EST. Please remember USPS does NOT guaranty a delivery date - the 2-3 day shipping is an "estimate".


When ordering after 12/18/17 and you need to receive your package by Christmas, you MUST choose UPS Delivery. Depending upon where you live, your delivery time may vary. We are shipping from Ohio. Please CLICK HERE  for a map detailing transit days. UPS guarantees these delivery dates. Please remember that it takes us at least one business day to process your order. We will make every effort to send out your package the same day you order up until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time


Orders are shipped by UPS or USPS Priority Mail. It is the customer's choice as to delivery method.

All UPS orders are shipped ground from Ohio and are guaranteed to take 2-5 days to arrive from ship date and are insured up to $100.00. We will send you an email with the tracking information from UPS.

All USPS PRIORITY Mail orders are shipped from Ohio. Priority Mail generally takes 2-4 days to arrive, and is NOT guaranteed by the U.S. Postal Service to arrive on time, and packages are
not insured.

Can I return or exchange my merchandise?

All items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase (see Christmas Holiday Exception) if item is not worn, washed or damaged in any way.*

*Boot camp apparel and "My Hero" design garments are custom made and may NOT be returned or exchanged. - Any exchanges in size or color of the EXACT item on these designs are subject to a 30% restocking fee. 

Send your item(s) back along with a copy of your packing list and a note as to what you are returning/exchanging and what you would like in return i.e. please exchange this XL for a Lg; or I would like to return the circled item for a refund.

The proper paperwork is essential when returning/exchanging. We realize it is not always possible to have the packing list. If you DO NOT have the packing list, you MUST include your name, address, phone, email and detail as to what you would like to do, exchange or return. Without this proper paperwork your package will not be processed, it will be held for 10 days after our receipt, giving you ample time to follow up on your return.

All credits/refunds will be issued as soon as possible; all exchanges will be handled as soon as possible provided the the items are in stock. Customer will be notified of out of stock items. Shipping charges apply to all returns & exchanges.

DAMAGED PACKAGES: If an item should arrive damaged, save the box and all wrappings. Take a picture and email it to us at (Shipping vendors need pictures to prove damage), along with your contact and order information. You must contact us within 2 business days of receipt of the damaged item to beign the process of obtaining a new item. If you do not cotact us within 2 business days of receipt of package, your claim will be denied. 

*Christmas Holiday Exception - Any purchases made betwen 11/1 and 12/25 will have until 2/1 to return or exchange items.  As always, additional shipping charges will be charged for all exchanges.  If you have any questions about the return policy or a product, please contact customer service toll free at 888-950-8520.


Does Military Pride ship to AP/FPO addresses?

Yes – No additional charges will be applied.

Are all of Military Pride’s items made in the USA?

We strive to find products that are made in the USA. However, that is not always possible. A large number of our products are finished / embellished in the USA.   – For example; Our Baseball caps are made in China, but the logos and embroidery is made in Florida.

-We respect the sacrifices Americans have made to keep this country free.  We make every effort to not offer items made in Vietnam.  We will  NOT carry items made in  Pakistan or Iraq

The trick to surviving while your child/loved one is away at boot camp is to stay informed and adopt the motto "No news is good news".  USMC Boot Camp is 13 weeks of intense training the Marine Corps way. Please remember the goal  of the drill instructors is to have your son/daughter graduate.  The drill instructiors are there to help them get through training.  It will be difficult, painful,  and exhilarating for everyone, including the parents & loved ones.  

Talk with another parent who has been through it.  Call us - we are here to help.  We know what it is like to say goodbye  and know you will not talk to or see your child for 90 days.  But, we are here to help you get through.  Feel free to contact us any time.  We are here to listen, offer advice or fellowship.

Don't forget to order your Marine Corps Boot Camp Graduation Apparel from Military Pride.       It is customary to wear your recruit's battalion color at family day & graduation.  Military Pride offers a nice variety of graduation & family day apparel.  

Not sure what color to wear.  Look at your recruit's address for his/her battalion.  Men are in  1, 2, or 3 BN.    Women are in 4 BN.
